Who makes H100 Lab products?
A young maker designs and prints every H100 Lab product at home, and a parent handles payments, shipping and all customer messages.
How long does a custom 3D print take?
Most orders are printed, checked and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Large items like swords can take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $8 anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $75. We ship within the United States only right now.
How do I pay?
Add what you want to the cart and submit your order. We reply within one business day with payment options, including Zelle, Cash App and card, and confirm your total. Printing starts once payment is confirmed.
Are H100 Lab prints safe for young children?
Our products are made for kids 6 and up and adults. Some items contain small parts and are not for children under 3. Always supervise play with whistles and fidgets.
What printer and filament do you use?
Every order is printed on a Bambu Lab printer using genuine Bambu Lab filament. Bambu machines scan the first layer and monitor the print as it runs, and Bambu filament is consistent from spool to spool, so colours and finish match from one order to the next.
What plastic do you print with?
We print with Bambu Lab PLA, a plant-based plastic, and Bambu Lab PETG, a tougher plastic used for items that get dropped or carried outside.
Do you print characters from movies or games?
No. We do not print Disney, Marvel, Pokemon or any other trademarked characters. We sell our own designs and models whose creators allow selling prints, and we credit the designer.
Can I order in my school or team colors?
Yes. Use the Customize tool to pick colors and add a name, or send a custom request for group and team orders.
Can I return a print?
If a print arrives broken or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. Custom prints with a name cannot be returned unless we made a mistake.
