Shipping and returns

Every item is printed after you order. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days from Ohio. Shipping is $8 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75. We do not ship internationally yet.

If a print arrives broken or is not what you ordered, text us at (330) 353-2017 within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. Custom prints with a name or initials cannot be returned unless we made a mistake.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fill your order: name, email and shipping address. We never sell or share it, except with the payment and shipping companies that process your order.

This store is run by a parent. Orders and Builder Club signups must come from adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Text us at (330) 353-2017 to see or delete your information.

The site uses no advertising trackers. If we add basic traffic analytics later, this page will say so.

Terms of sale

H100 Lab is operated by a parent-owned Ohio business. Prices are in US dollars. Ohio sales tax is added where required.

Products are intended for ages 6 and up. Some items contain small parts and are not for children under 3. 3D printed items are not food safe or dishwasher safe, and should not be left in hot cars.

Designs are our own or used under licences that allow selling prints. We do not sell trademarked characters or logos.

We print on Bambu Lab printers with Bambu Lab filament and say so because it is true. Bambu Lab is a trademark of its owner, and H100 Lab is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Bambu Lab.
